BRAAI BAKED BANANA BOATS WITH CHOCOLATE

Quick braai time dessert

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 100g bar PASCALL cooking chocolate

Method

  1. Slice a pocket into each unpeeled banana, by cutting through the skin (lengthways) and halfway through the fruit
  2. Break the chocolate into squares and place about 4 squares into each pocket
  3. To be baked on the braai embers after cooking your meat (heat must be low), or on the braai grill, placed just above the glowing embers
  4. Serve in their skins, careful with the hot chocolate!  Enjoy.
